INGREDIENTS: AQUA (WATER), ALCOHOL DENAT., AMMONIUM ACRYLATES COPOLYMER, ACRYLATES COPOLYMER, METHYLPROPANEDIOL, PROPANEDIOL, GLYCERIN, ISOPROPYL ALCOHOL, VP/VA COPOLYMER, CAPRYLYL GLYCOL, SIMETHICONE, PHENYLPROPANOL, PHENOXYETHANOL, CI 77266 (BLACK 2) (NANO).

Prep your eyelids: For better application and staying power, apply a primer to your eyelids. This will create a smooth canvas for the eyeliner and help prevent smudging.

Shake the pen: Give the pen a good shake before using it to ensure the ink is flowing evenly.

Start with small strokes: Begin by creating small, thin lines close to your lash line. You can gradually build up the thickness as desired.

Follow your lash line: For a natural look, gently follow the curve of your upper lash line, starting from the inner corner and working your way outwards.

Winged liner: For a dramatic cat-eye effect, extend the liner slightly beyond your outer lash line in an upward flick.

Thicken the line: Once you have a thin line, go back and thicken it if desired.

Let it dry: Allow the liner to dry completely before blinking to prevent smudging.
