Online Orders: What You Need to Know

Placed an order or planning to? Here's a guide to making changes, dealing with out-of-stock items, packaging options, and more. 

Changes to Online Orders:

Once your order is placed, we are unable to make any changes, additions, or amendments. If your order has already been processed and you wish to return an item, please contact our Customer Care team at hello@thebeautystore.au, available Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm AEST. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions. 

Stock Availability:

While we strive to keep your favorite beauty items in stock, occasionally, we may sell out.  If the product you desire is unavailable online, you can utilize the 'Notify Me' feature on the product page, and we'll notify you when it's back in stock online.
