Consumer guarantees

Our products are backed by the consumer guarantees outlined in the Australian Consumer Law, which are non-negotiable and include assurances of acceptable product quality. These guarantees remain unaffected by our return policy stated above.

Should you receive products from us that fail to meet these consumer guarantees, we are committed to offering you a refund or exchange as outlined below:

If we determine that a product has a minor failure under the Australian Consumer Law (e.g., minor damage to packaging that doesn't affect safety or functionality), we will offer either a refund or an exchange, at our discretion.

In instances where a product is damaged due to misuse, accident, or abnormal usage, it may not be covered by the Australian Consumer Law or any manufacturer's warranty. In such cases, THE BEAUTY STORE reserves the right to decline offering a refund, exchange, or repair, if applicable.

Proof of purchase / order number / order date will be required by THE BEAUTY STORE before providing any remedies under the Australian Consumer Law.

Consumer guarantees cannot be excluded or limited and are in addition to any manufacturer’s warranties or extended warranties purchased by, or given to, you.
