Outline Your Lips: Begin by carefully outlining the natural shape of your lips with the lip pencil. Start from the center of your upper lip and work your way outward to the corners. Then, repeat the process on your lower lip.

Fill In Your Lips: After outlining, you can choose to fill in your lips entirely with the lip pencil. This can help create a base for your lipstick, enhance its longevity, and prevent feathering or bleeding.

Blend: If desired, you can gently blend the lip pencil color into your lips using a lip brush or your fingertip. This can create a softer, more natural look.

Apply Lipstick or Lip Gloss: Once you've outlined and filled in your lips with the lip pencil, you can apply your favorite lipstick or lip gloss over the top for added color and shine.
