Return and Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Refund and Exchange Conditions:
- The Beauty Store will only accept refunds if the product is faulty, arrived damaged, or is not the product advertised by The Beauty Store.
- The Beauty Store will not accept refunds if the customer has had a change of mind. However, after assessing your request, you may be eligible for a gift voucher of the same value.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once the parcel has been shipped or the shipping notification has been received.
Return Process:
To complete your return, we require:
- Your order number
- Details of why you would like to return the product
- Images of the damaged, faulty, or incorrect product
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return information or product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days. There is also an option for a voucher to spend in the store.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you paid for your order using Afterpay, first contact us at hello@thebeautystore.au and then Afterpay directly if necessary.
